About Spring Mountain Rehab

Spring Mountain Rehab is a non-residential facility established and operated exclusively for the purpose of providing diagnostic, therapeutic, and restorative services to outpatients for the rehabilitation of the chronically ill, injured, or disabled.  Spring Mountain Rehab is federally certified under Medicare regulations.

Our mission is to provide a better quality of care for a better quality of life.  We provide multidisciplinary, comprehensive care and services to out patients.

We are committed to providing individualized treatment and to providing appropriate healthcare education to the patient and the patient's family Based on the patient's self-defined needs, we will define choices about the provision of comprehensive, multi-disciplinary services and collaborate actively with our staff and other healthcare providers regarding the provision of appropriate services that may include physical therapy, occupational therapy, respiratory therapy, speech pathology, and psychosocial services.  We also provide state of the art Pulmonary Function testing.  Including spirametry, pre & post bronchodilator, flow volume loop, DLCO, lung volumes, MW, pulse oximetry multiple and overnight pulse oximetry.

Spring Mountain Rehab is a satellite site for outpatient pulmonary rehab for the Mayo Clinic, Cedars-Sinai and the University of California San Diego, Medical Centers.
