Spring Mountain Rehab is comprised of experienced industrial practitioners
who are skilled in caring for the employer as well as injured employee.
Our professionals are dedicated to detailed case management of employer /
physician communication and cost containment.
Our occupational rehab facility is thoroughly equipped to accommodate the
spectrum of all industrial employer's needs, including Therapy Physician services,
physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, respiratory therapy and
social worker services. Our mission is to provide a better quality of care
for a better quality of life and our purpose is to provide diagnostic,
therapeutic and restorative services to outpatients for the rehabilitation of
the injured worker. This network of services allows for continuity of
care, prompt diagnosis, and the efficiency of an all-inclusive treatment system.
We are committed to providing INDIVIDUALIZED quality treatment and to
providing appropriate healthcare education to the employer and to the injured
employee.
All occupational treatment and management are monitored through our Quality
Control administered by our Rehab Physician services. Reports are
submitted in a timely manner and meet all current labor codes.
Supplemental reports accompany each change of diagnosis or new complaint.
All patients are given a carbon copy of the day's progress notes from the doctor
to take back to the employer after each office visit. Any special testing
or necessary studies are first called in for proper authorization, and all
records are kept strictly confidential.
Through our extensive network of Rehab Physician and therapy services,
employers benefit from our comprehensive approach to medicine. Our
approach combines high quality medical attention with the cultivation of long
term working relationships with our occupational clients.

Spring Mountain Rehab is the Official Rehab provider for Southern Nevada
Functional Restoration Program (SNFRP). SNFRP is a multi-disciplinary
chronic pain program in a private-public partnership with UNLV.
